Queermed
QueerMed provides supportive and affirming care for the transgender community via telehealth. They provide HRT (gender affirming hormone replacement therapy) utilizing an informed consent model via telehealth to those located in the south east including SC, NC, GA, and FL.
We Are Family
We Are Family is a non-profit located in North Charleston that provides support to LGBTQ+ youth (ages 12-24) through a variety of resources, including peer discussion groups, name change workshops, gender affirming gear, and mental health assistance (to name a few).
Truesdale MediCAL CENTER
Truesdale Medical provides LGBTQ+ inclusive healthcare services in North Charleston, including primary care, gender affirming hormone therapy (HRT), PrEP, and Addyi.
